Introduction
In 2006, a journey back to Islam revealed a profound truth: Allah’s signs reach us through His Quran and the universe He created. This realization sparked a quest to find where both forms of divine revelation converge. That place was discovered in 2013 on South Island, New Zealand. Remarkably, the retreat venue sat on Paradise Road—a divine sign confirming where hearts gathered to reconnect with their purpose. Reclaim Your Heart II brought together seekers in this magnificent setting, where Allah’s creation met the wisdom of His messengers in a transformative 5-day spiritual retreat.
Event Concept
This immersive retreat combines Islamic scholarship with the spiritual power of nature’s majesty. Through in-depth studies of the Prophets—Adam, Ibrahim, Musa, Ayub, and Muhammad (peace be upon them all)—participants will explore profound themes of creation, purpose, sacrifice, patience, and transformational change.
Each day begins with Tahajjud and morning dhikr, followed by engaging lectures, outdoor activities in New Zealand’s stunning landscapes, and reflective sessions. The carefully structured program balances spiritual learning with moments of contemplation amidst Allah’s awe-inspiring creation, allowing participants to internalize lessons through both knowledge and experience.
The retreat culminates with a special session in Auckland, including a public talk at the University of Auckland, extending the spiritual benefit to the wider community. This journey is designed not just for learning, but for lasting transformation through the power of Tawheed and remembrance.
