About The Speaker

Award-winning author and internationally recognized thought leader on Islamic productivity and organizational spirituality.

Mohammed Faris is an executive coach, author, and speaker known for fusing spirituality with personal and professional development.

He is the founder of The Productive Muslim Company, a faith-based training and coaching company dedicated to helping Muslim professionals and leaders integrate spiritual principles into their work and life. Mohammed brings both analytical rigor and human-centered wisdom to his work.

He is the bestselling author of The Productive Muslim and The Barakah Effect, which have become definitive guides for integrating Islamic principles into modern productivity practices.

His mission is to spread Barakah Culture, a framework that rejects hustle mentality in favor of sustainable, purpose-driven excellence, which enables

individuals and teams to live the best version of themselves across their roles without sacrificing their spiritual wellbeing or personal values.

Mohammed Faris was born in Tanzania, East Africa, and lived most of his life in Saudi Arabia. He currently lives with his wife and child in Dallas, Texas, USA, and speaks three languages: English, Arabic and Swahili. In his free time, he loves to read, write, cycle, and run in the early mornings.
